The eleventh entry in an action-packed franchise, featuring a soft reboot as the titular character has been recast.
The holofilm was beset with controversy prior to release due to the choice to recast the titular character of Roan Gray as an Aquilan instead of as a Reticulum like both the character and the original actress. However, much of the controversy evaporated after the release due to the new actress' moving performance after her dagger snapped in half, even the staunchest Reticulum critics calling the performance "beyond authentic."
The holofilm follows Roan Gray cutting a bloody swath through Imperial Prime, culminating in a lengthy hover-car chase, and a very deliberate hook into a future Chapter 8.
